Psalm 39:4-6

⁴ “Lord, make me to know ^(A)my end
And what is the extent of my days;
Let me know how ^(B)transient I am.
⁵ “Behold, You have made ^(C)my days as handbreadths,
And my ^(D)lifetime as nothing in Your sight;
Surely every man ^[a]at his best is ^[b]a mere ^(E)breath. ^[c]Selah.
⁶ “Surely every man ^(F)walks about as ^[d]a phantom;
Surely they make an ^(G)uproar for nothing;
He ^(H)amasses riches and does not know who will gather them.
